(White to mate in 2)

It's complicated puzzles like this that help fight MCI, or

"Mild Cognitive Impairment", if started early enough, and

made into a routine, studies have shown.

MCI is considered by doctors to be a "risk state" that

can progress into any class of dementia including:

—Alzheimer's disease

—Depression

—Vascular dementia

—Lewy body dementia

It's a common mental deterioration in seniors, usually

beginning at age 60, but cases at 50 exist.

These are some symptoms:

  • a measurable decline in memory or thinking

  • more severe of a decline than normal aging

  • may progress to significantly affecting daily life

With activities that require "hard calculation"

like chess does, people with MCI can usually:

  • live independently

  • function socially and physically

  • manage their finances (with continual effort & consistent double checking. )

See how some great seniors with MCI, into chess,

Foreclosure risk on a senior's home?

Avoiding Foreclosure SIGN

Speed is everything. If you or your parent

is in risk of foreclosure, call us immediately. We have special lenders that can potentially  help a senior stay in their home 1 to 5 years longer, at least. We also have government  contacts that can assist, as well, if the

funding we can find you isn't enough.

"Don't wait, call now" is not a pitch.

It may be the difference between

housing security and homelessness.

Perhaps you aren't facing foreclosure,

but need money out of your home, and banks are saying "no".

We can possibly help if you have equity.

Call (909)-930-9159 for a free consultation.
