Meaning it was a software issue. We wanted to fix that.
At A1, we have the technicians with the experience (see stats above) and knowledge to fix that. We charge just $99 for ANY
non-hardware repair. If the issue is hardware failure, we have a shop to send it to if you decide to do so, or you may just choose
to buy a new one.
We collect just $29 from you, and your computer,
at the beginning...we'll either do the desired repair and
charge the $70 remaining, with free pickup, or travel cost delivery, or USPS shipping costs, or you can have us send it out to our hardware repair shop if needed. We can dispose of it and
charge you nothing more, if you decide that, too.
We'll let you know if you can replace the computer with
something better than the repair would cost, too.
Data retrieval is very likely in most cases, unless fire or flood damage. Sometimes even then. We always try hard for you!
Nationwide service is available. SoCal drop offs to our tech's house in Ontario are fine, too. We can pick it up for a travel fee, if desired. Reach out here:
